Funky Monkey Quilt

Funky Monkey is a serious monkey with a strange head. Transfixed by a tiny flower, he contemplates the very nature of existence. Block printed by hand, every little guy on the quilt is unique, brought to life in tones of granite with a hint of ice blue to add balance. The quilt patterns of our first collection all tie back to the Laila fabric. Funky Monkey is one of Laila's small and quirky animal motifs, repeated in simplified colours to create an all-over design that we adore.

The quilts are hand stitched in small diamond patterns. With a print on the front, the reverse is a pure white-on-white diamond stitch. So, if you ever need to shake things up, turn it around and enjoy your new, modern and minimalistic quilt. 

All the quilts are constructed from fine breathable cotton voile and filled with pure organic cotton. As a result, the quilts are lightweight and porous, allowing moisture to evaporate. Soft, comfortable, and impeccably handcrafted.

Stains: In the event of a stain on the product, the best approach is to remove the stain immediately. It is best to scrape off dried stains. Start from the edge of the stain and scrape towards the middle. Be gentle to avoid damaging the fibers. You can remove wet stains by placing a kitchen roll over the stain. Then use tepid water on a cloth or sponge. Moisten the stain, soak up the water with the kitchen roll, and then repeat until the stain has gone. Take care to avoid getting the product too wet; you can also blot with a dry cloth to avoid over wetting. Do not rub the stain, as this makes it more difficult to remove and can also damage the fibers.
