Loha Copper Bowl and Lid

What it is?
LOHA, which in Sanskrit broadly translates as ‘of iron’, is a bowl and lid set spun from copper sheets. Inspired by the typical Indian stainless steel bowls with lids that double up as plates, Tiipoi Loha Bowl is finished with natural beeswax and totally food-safe. Loha will develop a rich dark patina* over time.

How to care for it?
We recommend using it as a serving or baking bowl as acidic foods or curries will curdle if left in the bowl too long. The patina can be reversed naturally with the help of a slice of lemon and some salt. Cut a lemon in half, add salt to the cut side and rub the item gently.
