About the pattern:

Mudcloth is a centuries-old weaving and dyeing technique originating in Mali, Africa. Strips of fabric are woven together to create the most incredible texture and character and are then painted with layers of fermented mud to create these amazing patterns.

Due to the nature of the cotton fabric & tufting method, very little shedding from the throw might occur naturally in the first 1-2 washes.
