You order. Choose your size and shade here, or message us on WhatsApp and we will help you decide.

We confirm the shade with you. A quick message to confirm the exact fabric before anything is cut.

It gets made. Hand-upholstered to order, which is why nothing sits in a warehouse.

Crated and delivered. Packed in a protective crate and tracked to your door, with hanging hardware and a care card inside.

- International shipping is available — message us for a quote to your country.
- Delivery does not include unboxing or wall mounting, and we do not offer an installation service. Hanging hardware is included in the box, and any local carpenter or handyman can mount it in a few minutes.
If it arrives damaged
Your mirror is crated for transit. In the unlikely event that it reaches you damaged, send us a photograph and we will replace it free of charge. You do not pay twice for something that broke on the way to you.
Payment
Pay in full online, or choose our part cash-on-delivery option: pay half the amount up front to begin production, and the balance in cash when your mirror arrives.
Returns
Because every Whisper is made to order in the shade you choose, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Anything defective is returned and replaced — that part is on us, always.
If you are unsure about size or shade, message us before you order. We would far rather talk it through than have you guess.
Care
- Brush the pile occasionally in one direction with a soft brush to keep it even.
- Clean the glass with a dry microfibre cloth. Spray cleaner onto the cloth, never onto the mirror, so nothing wicks into the frame.
- Keep away from direct sunlight and damp walls.

Can I see the fabric first?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 70451 03602 and we will send close-ups of every shade in daylight.
Will it suit my wall?
Send us a photo of the wall and we will tell you which size to take.
How long will it really take?
14 days. If anything is going to run late, we will tell you before you order, not after.
