Description

Once passed on as heirlooms, these hand carved brass spice boxes are back in style. They are popular again to store spices and even for jewellery sorting. It has seven compartments and a brass gold shade for the vintage touch.

For regular use, simply wash as regular utensils. For maintaining the shine, use amazon bought pitambari powder.

Care:

Brass has property to tarnish with times as and when it comes in the contact of air. Special chemicals are used to clean it or clean it in our traditional way. Mix together 1/2 cup of vinegar, a teaspoon of salt, and a sprinkling of flour until it forms a paste. Spread the mixture on the brass and allow it to sit for a few minutes. Rinse with cool water and dry. (This method also works on corroded brass.)

 We recommend using Amazon bought pitambari powder
